Our process begins with a short form to fill out with some basic information to help give us a sense of what dreams you're wanting to turn into reality.

Consultation

The next step is a COMPLIMENTARY consultation phone/zoom call where we will get to know each other on a more personal note. This is where we will dive into exactly what you are wanting. 

Personalized Quotes

Based on your input we provide personalized quotes for your bespoke travel experience, ensuring transparency and flexibility. 2-3 Days after the first consultation, we will a second call to review the proposals together in live time so that any questions or additions you may have can be noted and discussed. 

Tailored Itinerary

Based on your input from the proposal, we create a fully customized itinerary that reflects your unique travel style and interests. This is the final part in which you will receive once we have booked your dream vacation. 

This will included all travel plans previously discussed, with a detailed daily itinerary for your trip.

Flights ONLY

For flights only we do charge $15 per adult and $10 per child

Planning Fee 

We charge a $100 planning fee for all other services 

This deposit gets you 3 different proposal options of good, better, and best!

The purpose of the 3 options of good, better, and best, isn’t necessarily that the “best” option is the best option. It’s just the price point option, saying this is what you’re getting for your budget.

Case to Case 

For anything more in depth, that requires more planning and coordinating, for example: weddings, group events etc, reach out for more details.
